IDEA Fundamentals

At DiversiPro, we use the acronym IDEA – for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Anti-Racism – as we believe that anti-racism must be a central part of the effort to create inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplaces.

We designed this course to give you a foundational understanding of the key concepts and practices related to IDEA in the workplace. I want you to be more effective at discussing and engaging in this work. During our time together you will:

1. Develop an understanding of IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Anti-Racism)
2. Explore practices related to IDEA in the key areas of the organization
3. Reflect on your areas of influence and what you can do to advance IDEA

This course will give you a foundation to build on and further develop.
